ACCOUNTANT
(based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage financial functions of property development and golf operations of the Group.
  • Ensure financial statements and consolidation package are prepared in conformity with the Group's accounting policies, relevant accounting standards and manage in accordance to property related regulations.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the computerised accounting system and prior experience in the operation of Wiz Property System will be an added advantage.
  • Ensure timely reporting of management information to Departmental Heads.
Requirements :
  • Degree in Accounting or qualification from a recognised accounting body such as ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in maintaining full set of accounts preferably in property development industry.
  • High level of exposure to IFRS.
  • Member of MIA.
  • Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
